Lesson Learned: Respecting the Trip 🌌
I used to think I could handle anything. I thought I was just going to have a deep, crazy experience… but I pushed way too far.

What started as curiosity turned into one of the scariest experiences of my life. For what felt like forever, reality didn’t feel real anymore. Everything looked normal, but something felt completely off. It felt like I was stuck inside my own mind, questioning everything.
My thoughts became darker, fear took over, and I didn’t feel like myself. I reached a point where I realized I couldn’t handle it alone.
The biggest lesson I learned?
Asking for help is not weakness. It’s survival.
I called my mom, told her I needed help, and she came through for me. Being around family and not being alone helped me start finding my way back.
That experience taught me:
🌱 Respect psychedelics — they’re not just “something fun to try.”
🧠Your mindset and environment matter.
🤝 Talk to someone if you’re struggling. Don’t fight it alone.
❤️ Your mental health comes before any experience.
This isn’t about glorifying a bad trip. It’s about being honest.
Sometimes the biggest lessons come from the moments that scare us the most.
Take care of your mind. Take care of yourself.
